Not only in digital marketing this thing is required when you enter in any field of work , because being the bigger market , there will be bigger challenges too. So before entering into the market what is required is proper analysis of the market , like :

No formal education if required to be good Network Marketer. All you need to be is a learner and an Action Man.
The more you put your efforts in , the more output you can bring out of it.
It is also called with the name Multi-Level Marketing or Referral Marketing.

• Recruitment of your Team members
• Building and Managing your business
1. Find a mentor with the Opportunity
There are many network marketing companies already working successfully with net worth and revenues in millions.
But what matters here is your mentor , who will teach you this business , this could be the person who sponsor you .
Though there is very minimal investment to start in Network Marketing but one important investment you have to make here is your time.
Before you do so, Check:
1. The background of the company : The profile.
2.The backbone of the Company :The products
(They should not be over priced and also the product should not be of one time use.)
3. The plan of the company : the payment of your work is being given time to time or not. What percent of turnover is being given to you .
2. Write down your Goals and why
Goals are something that give us a vision where we want to , and why gives us the motivation to deal with all the challenges that we face on the way to reach our Goal.
In network marketing industry there Human resource are always filled with hug amount of motivation to do whatever they wish to achieve..
The only reason for this to have written goals with them with a proper reason why they want to achieve it.
3. Have a Daily to do List.
This is the best way to bring most out of your day. Once we indulge in multi level marketing we have so many tasks to perform may it be Recruiting a new prospect , arranging business presentation , providing Training seminars for the Team , Placing orders and also getting new customers for the products.
So many tasks in single day would result in nothing but a Mess.
But this mess can only be prevented by preparing a to do list for the day , just at the time you wake up in morning or the night before.
An example of the list could be:
• Talk 5 prospect for the day
• 2 meeting for business presentation
• Meet Mr. XYZ for follow Up
• place order of ABC Product
• Arrange training session on Leadership for the team on coming Monday.
4. Make Minimum 5 years commitment
Many people try Network Marketing in part time keeping other career options in parallel .
Its good to be secure but this may result in making you incapable of dealing with challenges. What happen is - Mr. A planned to get 5 member joined in Team in coming 15 days , but he failed to do so . Irrespective of putting in more efforts and trying new idea to do so , Mr. A Just left network marketing and go for the parallel on going project, thinking Network marketing is not their cup of tea.
And that’s the biggest mistake to do. Once you join any company to build your career in Network Marketing, give it at Least 5 years of time to grow and provide you fruits for the time you invested.
5. Invest in your Education
I didn't want you to pay for expensive training and network marketing courses to invest in , let your sponsor worry for them.
But you need to invest your time in educating yourself --
• Read more and more books related to Network Marketing
• Read the company literature if any provided by the Company
• Study each product thoroughly to understand its use.
• Attend as much as Training you can , provided by your seniors or seminars arranged by company.
6. Work on building customers before Recruitment
In network marketing you are not paid for recruitment, you are paid for the turnover you provide to the company and if you want to provide a good turnover you have to Teach your team how to build customer , and in order to Teach , you should have some customers to experience.
So , don’t just rush to recruit , recruit and recruit , Go for building customers first.
7. Focus
Many people gets distracted with different marketing plans of different companies an want to achieve the perks and incentives of both the companies , so they get themselves joined in both.
Well, i think this is the worst decision any Network Marketer can take , its just same as choosing BOTH Science stream and Commerce stream together after your 10th class.
If you wish to reach heights in network marketing stick to one company , understand it properly and work hard in there.
8. Be Consistent
Consistency is the key to success. May it be networking company , or any strategy in marketing industry , or any business of the world . If you need to succeed you need to be consistent.Consistent in putting efforts , consistent in giving priority to your work, consistent in changing yourself as per the situations and consistent in opting smart work.
